Would you like to make a real difference in someone’s life and enrich your own life at the same time? Are you an open, caring person with life experience to share? Are you a good listener? If so, the WomenCare program offers you the opportunity to support a woman coming out of challenging life situations as she works on achieving life goals. The Center Foundation provides mentors with training and ongoing support for their match. In addition mentoring matches are invited to workshops and community celebrations.

Are you feeling stuck? Going through a difficult life transition like divorce, loss of a job or partner, in or just out of an abusive relationship, reentering the workforce or going back to school? If you think you could use help in developing your vision for the future and taking the first or next step toward independence, self-sufficiency and fulfillment, a Mentor is for you. WomenCare is a free program with trained caring mentors who provide guidance, support and friendship. Case management, workshops and fun events for families are also offered throughout the year.
Eligible WomenCare participants may also have the opportunity to participate in our young parents program, which supports job readiness and career development goals.
